The East Riding Safeguarding Children Board (ERSCB) co-ordinates efforts to protect children from harm in East Riding. As part of this work, the ERSCB publishes a set of guidelines and procedures for everyone involved with children to follow.


What to do if you think a child is being abused

If you think a child is being abused, contact Call Centre on 01482 395500.The service is available through the opening hours of:

8.00am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday

9.30am to 12.30pm - Saturdays

You can make your call anonymously if you want. But it is much more useful if you will give your name, or at least a contact phone number.

You can also call the police at any time.
